What to expect
As soon as you call us, the inspection has technically begun. We start by gathering basic information about the property such as the address, purpose of the inspection, information about the caller and then begin our preliminary research on the property so we can provide an accurate quote and get a better understanding of the property, before we even arrive for the walk through survey.
What's next ?
Within 24 hours you will receive a proposal and fee for our services. After both parties are in agreement, we will schedule your commercial property inspection. The day of your commercial property inspection, our inspector will meet with you and conduct a preliminary walkthrough.
What is a preliminary walkthrough ?
Our preliminary walkthrough is the first portion of the physical inspection. This is where one of our inspectors will walk through the property with you and develop an understanding of the building layout which will assist in a more thorough inspection. This is also your opportunity to point out and discuss any concerns you may have.
What does the report consist of ?
Each report is customized to fit your needs. We paint the full picture with our reports so you can have a better understanding of your current, or soon to be investment. Each report is photo-centric and comes complete with an observation, cause and solution for any and all deficiencies we find. This is useful with every inspection service we provide.
When can I expect my report ?
Our clients can expect to receive their report within as little as 24 hours or in some cases 2-3 days, depending on the size of the property and level of visual and physical inspecting that needs to be performed. We utilize the powerful reporting software, Spectora. Our commercial property inspection reports are completed in real time on the spot, thoroughly reviewed by the inspector and then reviewed by the lead inspector for any errors before publishing and sending you the report.
What if I need a specialty consultant ?
We have you covered when a specialty consultant, such as a licensed electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, structural engineer or any other professional specialist is required for us to fulfill your commercial property inspection needs.
